On-Site Studio Requirements 

• Space Requirements: A clear area of at least 5m x 3m with a minimum ceiling height of 2.5m for lighting and backdrops.
• Location: A quiet corner or separate room away from high-traffic doorways, speakers, or catering stations to ensure guest privacy and equipment safety.
• Power Access: Access to at least one standard 13A wall socket within 5 meters of the setup area (we provide all safety-rated extension cables).
• Furniture: One sturdy table and Chair.
• Flooring: A level, dry surface; if the event is outdoors, a marquee with solid flooring and wind protection is mandatory for equipment safety.
• WiFi (Optional): While we carry 4G/5G backup, access to Guest WiFi is appreciated.

Guest Prep Guide 

• Dress for Success: Wear solid, mid-to-dark tones like navy, charcoal, or forest green; avoid busy patterns or logos that distract from your face.
• The Fit Matters: Ensure your clothes are ironed and fit well around the shoulders and neck; a well-pressed collar makes a massive difference in a portrait.
• Grooming Basics: Bring a small comb or hairbrush for last-minute touch-ups; if you’re prone to skin shine, a quick dab with a tissue before your turn is highly recommended.
• Glasses & Accessories: If you wear glasses daily, keep them on—we use professional lighting to minimize reflections. Keep jewellery simple and classic.
• The 5-Minute Session: Each guest has a dedicated 5-minute slot; we’ll coach you on posing and you can choose your favorite shot on our laptop instantly.
